Model A: Base Salary + Revenue Share + Tips
- Earnings Structure: Drivers will receive a guaranteed monthly base salary plus a percentage of each delivery completed, and 100% of customer tips attributed to the order.
- Incentives: Drivers are eligible for bonuses tied to performance, including customer ratings, milestone achievements, attendance, and safety.
- Schedule: Drivers must adhere to a predefined schedule agreed upon at the time of engagement. Flexibility may be limited.
- Vehicle Requirements: Drivers would utilize the company owned vehicles. Maintenance and associated costs are the company’s responsibility.
- Contractor Status: Drivers under this model are independent contractors and are responsible for managing taxes, insurance, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Additional Provisions: Drivers may be required to attend periodic performance reviews to remain eligible for incentives.
Model B: Enhanced Base Salary + Revenue Share + Tips
- Earnings Structure: Drivers will receive a guaranteed monthly base salary, a % of revenues from deliveries completed, and 100% of customer tips attributed to orders delivered.
- Incentives: Bonuses tied to customer ratings, milestone achievements, attendance, and safety are available and are reviewed periodically based on performance.
- Schedule: Drivers must adhere to a structured schedule, with a minimum number of hours or deliveries required each week to maintain active status.
- Vehicle Requirements: Drivers must use their own vehicles, which must comply with all safety, insurance, and maintenance standards. Associated costs are the responsibility of the driver.
- Contractor Status: Drivers are considered independent contractors and are responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and other legal requirements.
- Additional Provisions: Performance reviews and adherence to company guidelines are mandatory. Drivers may also be considered for leadership opportunities as SLU Eats expands.
Freelancer Model: Revenue Share + Tips
- Earnings Structure: Drivers will receive a % of the total deliveries completed revenue plus 100% of customer tips attributed to each order.
- Schedule: Drivers may work flexible schedules but are expected to fulfill agreed-upon commitments to maintain active status.
- Incentives: Eligibility for very limited additional incentives (e.g., customer ratings, milestones, attendance, and safety bonuses) may vary based on performance metrics, dependable service and company discretion.
- Vehicle Requirements: Drivers must use their own vehicles, which must meet safety and operational standards. All maintenance and associated costs are the driver’s responsibility.
- Contractor Status: Drivers under this model are considered independent contractors and are responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and other legal obligations.
- Limitations: No base salary or additional benefits are included under this model.
