Requirements :
- Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management

Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Associate
- Cross-functional collaboration: Jump into priority tasks across various departments, stepping in where needed to drive results.
- Project Execution: Manage and deliver assigned projects efficiently, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational gaps and implement creative solutions to maintain team momentum.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate workflows, propose improvements, and execute changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to align on priorities and deliverables.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights and performance metrics to guide your work and inform decision-making.

Requirements :
We’re seeking a proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented individual who can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams and functions.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project is a plus.
Delivery Agents
- Deliver food orders to customers promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, maintaining food safety standards.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates or delays.
- Handle cash or electronic payments as needed.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues to management.

Requirements :
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- Vehicle insurance must have business loading as a component of your coverage
- Familiarity with St. Lucia’s roads and routes.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Owns or operates a personal vehicle (bike, car, or scooter preferred)
